NFTs, crypto assets, and tokenized assets can lose all value. There is no deposit insurance, guaranteed redemption, guaranteed buyer, or guaranteed return.
Smart-contract and wallet risk
Code defects, compromised interfaces, malicious approvals, key loss, phishing, chain reorganizations, oracle failures, and wallet or RPC outages can cause loss or prevent access. Confirmed transactions generally cannot be reversed.
Bonding-curve and liquidity risk
A bonding curve calculates a contract price from supply. It does not guarantee an external market price or profit. Fees, price impact, reserve limits, sell rules, routing failures, and changing supply can materially change what you pay or receive. A displayed floor is not a cash guarantee.
RWA and Stock Token risk
Robinhood Stock Tokens are third-party tokenized instruments. Availability, transfer rules, trading hours, and eligibility vary by asset and jurisdiction. They may not grant direct ownership or shareholder rights in the referenced company. Issuer, custody, insolvency, tracking, redemption, regulatory, liquidity, and market risks can affect their value or usability.
Routing risk
Paying with ETH or USDG can require a decentralized exchange route into the collection’s quote token. Pools may be missing or thin, quotes may expire, slippage can increase cost, and a route can revert. Sellers receive the collection’s configured settlement asset unless a reviewed exit route explicitly states otherwise.
Creator and metadata risk
Anyone able to use the launch flow may supply content or claims. Metadata, media, external links, and storage can become unavailable or contain harmful material. Rarity and rankings are informational calculations rather than value judgments.
Eligibility and advice
You must determine whether Minty and each asset are available to you. Issuer terms and local law may restrict access. Minty does not determine your personal eligibility and does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.
Issuer information
Review the current issuer materials before trading a Stock Token. Robinhood states that availability varies by jurisdiction. Minty’s RWA pairs use the onchain Stock Tokens on Robinhood Chain, which are distinct from the earlier Classic Stock Tokens offered in the Robinhood Europe app.
