Terms of Access
Effective September 18, 2026These terms govern your access to Minty’s interface and your use of the independent smart contracts and third-party assets it helps you interact with.1. Using Minty
You must be legally able to enter these terms and use Minty where you live. You are responsible for complying with laws, sanctions, issuer rules, wallet requirements, and asset-specific eligibility restrictions that apply to you.
2. Self-custody
You control your wallet, approvals, keys, and transactions. Minty cannot recover a wallet, reverse a confirmed transaction, or return assets sent to the wrong address. Always review the network, contract, asset, amount, recipient, slippage, deadline, and gas before signing.
3. Interface and contracts
Minty provides an interface to blockchain software. Smart contracts, routers, liquidity pools, wallets, RPC providers, indexers, storage networks, and third-party marketplaces may fail or become unavailable. Deployed contracts may be immutable and may not include an owner, pause, or upgrade mechanism.
4. Collections and content
Creators are responsible for collection artwork, metadata, descriptions, links, intellectual-property rights, and claims. A verified contract or transaction means Minty matched onchain data; it does not endorse the creator, artwork, value, legality, or expected performance.
5. RWA-paired markets
An NFT collection paired with a tokenized asset is still an NFT collection. The NFT does not itself confer stock ownership, dividends, voting rights, redemption rights, or a claim on the referenced company. The quote token is issued and governed by a third party under its own terms.
6. Fees and taxes
Transactions may include protocol fees, creator or marketplace fees, swap costs, price impact, and network gas. You are responsible for reviewing the wallet quote and for any tax reporting or payment obligations.
7. No advice or guarantee
Minty does not provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Information, prices, rankings, rarity data, activity, and social content may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. No displayed floor, reserve, route, curve, or quote guarantees liquidity, value, execution, or returns.
8. Changes and availability
Minty may change or discontinue its interface, supported networks, routes, or features. Blockchain contracts and third-party systems may continue independently. Continued use after these terms change means you accept the updated version.
